Help with UPS damaged claim form

Hello Everyone,

I have a damaged item I shipped through UPS. Used eBay labels.

Have tried to download the damaged claim form but it won't open.

Tried the drop down box in shipping labels but nothing there.

So does anyone have the claim form or do we now have to go directly to UPS?

Just started trying UPS but they are so rough on packages.

Any help would get great!!

It might be your search engine.  I know when I use Google Chrome I can't get things like that to open so I end up going to Internet Explorer and things are fine.  Good luck!

Beware @g*rumpy2 that eBay is the UPS shipper of record. That means any insurance payment will be paid to eBay, not you, sorry.
