Hi there,
I recently had a buyer request a return of an item because the sizing was listed wrong in my description. I've been in some contact so far and I've offered to send the buyer a shipping label at my expense. I've tried looking up guides and I'm not sure why the option to send a label isn't available for me. If anyone could help me send a return label that would be greatly appreciated! I've attached a screenshot of what my return screen looks like.

Your buyer just needs to click Print Label @vainselling_909 as it was immediately issued for defective or not as described, the left-side branch here:
They received an email about the immediate label, and that button appeared on their returns page which they used to start the return request.
