This will be my first eBay sale. I sold some uncirculated Norwegian coins to a guy in Norway. I have spent two days reading everything in the “help” section which is anything but helpful. I sent an email to the buyer and asked for payment. I don’t have a clue where to get this shipping ticket or whatever it’s called. I have the buyers address in Norway help me this is so effing frustrating. How do I get paid how do I ship this? Please anyone help? Email me anandapizzuto@gmail.com

Has it been at least 4 days since this sale? If so, you can cancel citing reason as "buyer did not pay".

Your FVF will be refunded and that buyer will have a black mark, otherwise known on eBay as a "strike"/

Most smart sellers have set their requirements so that they don't have to deal with buyers who have two strikes in twelve months.  

A few other points:  No reason or need to send remainders.  eBay does that.
