Help! Trouble Delivering

So I recently sold some stuff that is worth quite a lot and it was overseas. So I went through the international shipping program and it traveled all the way to the other country. Now the shipping company said that there is a problem delivering the package and I don't know what to do.

If you shipped it through GSP to Erlanger Ky your job is done when it shows it was delivered to KY.

Once it leaves Erlanger GSP is responsible for the delivery.  Do you have your tracking number showing delivered from your location to KY? If the buyer opens a not received case put that tracking number in the case.

How quite a lot: and did you use signature confirmation if required due to a lot.....

You don't do anything. It is no longer your responsibility once it hits Erlanger.

Your buyer will open a case and you call it in (have ebay call you) and speak with a GSP specialist who will close the case.
