I filed a claim for refund after item didn’t arrive. It was approved. Then a week later item arrived. Now what do I do since it’s closed? What is the procedure for this? Thank you in advance

This has happened tome several times over the years and I contact the seller and ask them to invoice me for the item so that I can re-pay them (usually through PayPal).

Technically there is no procedure for that, you can keep the item.
Morally, I would contact the seller and ask them if they want their item back or can you send them a payment through PayPal. If they want it back then they should send you a label.
So you decide which direction you go and how you can sleep at night.
