Hello, I tried searching up already to see if there’s a resolution but I can’t seem to find anything.
On June 26th I purchased a LPS from a seller for $10+ $3.50 shipping. I realized I already had that LPS so I requested to cancel the order. Three days passed with no response. I got a email several days later saying the item cannot be canceled and that it had already been shipped. I figured that was reasonable and I would just have to keep the item. Yesterday, July 3rd I received a email from the seller telling me they have refunded me and ‘canceled’ the order. They said there daughter failed to go through with the transaction, again pretty reasonable I assumed. I checked my PayPal and my bank account, no refund. I waited another day, still no refund. I’ve contacted the seller asking what’s going on, and no response so far. Can anyone help me resolve the issue?
