Have not received the item but can't open a dispute

Hi, I made two orders on 28 april,2020 but still have not received the items. I tried to open dispute but when I need to mark the item I didnt receive it is now shown on page, I tried to search it by item number or order number but have not success. Could you please help me? TIA

Sounds like you have waited to long. What were the lasted estimated delivery dates? You have 30 days from that date to file an INR case on eBay and 180 days to file with PayPal.  If those time limits have passed, not much you can do.

Oh, and you can find your purchase history in My eBay > Purchases. You will have to change the date range to 2020 to see anything that old.

Sorry, but you waited to long to file a claim on Ebay or Pay Pal.

On Ebay, you have 30 days past the estimated delivery date.

Pay Pal, you have 180 days from the time of purchase.
