I sold an item to a buyer in Australia and I was informed that I had to send the shipping cost to him. Since my only obligation with the Global Shipping Program is to mail the item to the hub in Kentucky and I never even see the buyers address since the program began, I thought that somehow this item was sold outside of the program. I explained this to the buyer and cancelled the sale. With that said I just sold another item to a buyer located in the Czech Republic and I now have the same problem. I have not changed anything and I am just wondering if I have I missed something. Please help has something changed? I also just found out that ebay no longer has a phone number for us to talk to customer service and honestly I don't know how else to say it, but that really sucks!

Some of your recent sales appear to ship intrnatinally sing the GSP, but not all.
Some state that you ship worldwide, but have not set up any international shipping terms.
To sell to your two buyers you will need to calculate the cost to ship directly, then send them an eBay invoice.

on a side note ...
I see 130 active listings for your account, but only about 35 are using the GSP.

To be honest other they saying I will ship worldwide I have never set up any international shipping terms with any of my items since I joined the GSP. With that said, I don't understand how some of them are in the GSP and some aren't if I listed all of them the same way? This is how it has worked until this last two items. An overseas bidder buys an item and pays and I print the shipping label out with a Kentucky address. All I have seen is the shipping cost to the hub in the Blue Grass State. Other then that I have no idea how ebay ships the item or even the cost. I also don't even see their address, I only know what country the items were going to. Again this has never been an issue until this week. To make it clear some of my military items cannot by law be shipped internationally an the Japanese games I sell are listed for sale only in the USA. With all that said I don't even know how to tell which ones are in the GSP and which ones aren't. I appreciate your time and information. Thank you!!
