What is the best handling time for our items to serve good service to buyers  in eBay as a new seller ?

Most experienced sellers ship on the next business day after they are paid. This is 1-day handling.

However, as a new seller you might run into situations and questions that delay your shipping, so I recommend that you set your handling time at 2 or even 3 days.  Then buyers will be pleasantly surprised if you mail in just 1 day and the item arrives earlier than they expected.

Sellers set their handling days/time based on how long it takes them to package the item and prepare it for shipping. This can range from the same working day, to up to 30 business days from when they receive payment. It is up to you to set your handling days/time. 

When I sell, I always ship on the next business day after I am paid. This is 1-day handling in order to keep my Top Seller Plus status. 

So whatever you set, you will need to make sure that you send the item and upload tracking within that time frame.
