Handling Time Option for eBay Guaranteed Delivery

For eBay's new Guaranteed Delivery service, if I were to choose the Handling Time Option - in where I would have to use eBay labels - does that mean that I'm paying for those labels or is eBay paying for it?

you use ebay label...you pay the shipping of course, but get discount on the shipping....

nothing changes about shipping...it's simple you use the label making from "ebay labels" ..

it easy, i'm not sure why more don't simply use the function...there is even discounts and 1st class package up to 16oz vs over the counter 13oz... so for me that alone was a huge help....

Ill tell you why more people dont use it, we have negotiated better discounts with our shipper than eBay is giving you.
