I have more than one selling account. One I’ve had for several years and am used to shipping my items and how things are there. I just opened another oaxcounf within the last week and had my first sale on that one today. I printed off my shipping label tonight and am very confused. Normally it prints off both a shipping label, and then a whole bunch of information on the other half (instructions, online label record, buyer, item title, price, buyer paid shipping, etc). When I printed the shipping label this time around, that was all I got, the shipping label with the other half of the paper being blank. Is there a setting that I missed to turn on the Online Label Record? I would like to continue keeping track of all this information without having to hand write it for my records.
