Hello, I ordered a pair of slippers but they are two sizes too small even though I ordered my size and they SAY they're an 8. One has a little split on the top which will spread in time. I can't wear them. I got the seller to take them back but they're defective & he's making me pay the return shipping!
The seller has managed to pretend like he didn't understand how they were defective or didn't answer me but that was so he could push it past the date which was yesterday. I can't find any place anywhere to talk to the ebay staff & this is my second message ignored here! I'm furious with the seller and that I couldn't reach ebay to have them get my refund.
If someone could just tell me how on earth to write to the ebay people I'd be grateful.
Debbie

All you have to do is use the Return button/link on your Purchase History page and select 'doesn't work or defective' and maybe add a picture of the split. Return shipping will be provided. There is no reason to getting into extended discussions with the seller.
Forget keeping up with the Joneses. Be the Finklegrubers!
OK kids, time to get the Dodge loaded up again. I hear 'Poppy's By the Tree' calling. This trip might be a long one too.

Sometimes I wonder why eBay bothers plastering the MBG right in front of the buyers when they read (I know, I know) a listing...it's kinda hard to miss.
