HELP RETURN MY MONEY !!

How long does the seller have to return my money after the item return?

I can't find the transaction in paypal, pay directly with my card.

the bank is not responsible for the transaction because I authorized it and the seller has already received the article since day 25

If you have an active return on eBay @epiflo-0 your seller has 2 business days to refund if it's a return request, or 0 days to refund (the refund is forced) if it's a return case.

If you sent a return without starting a return request, you may/will not get a refund. Otherwise, if you returned an item paid directly with my card from another website, then go back there.

I may be wrong but I thought seller had 5 days to refund, last time I got one of these that is what it said and was a few months back. Anyways I obviously refunded right after I got package back in mail and seen everything was ok, but I am pretty sure it said 5 days. I may have to look that up. The buyer could contact ebay and have the refund forced like you said and just show them the tracking says it has been delivered.
As far as paying with a card goes, I am not sure how long it takes to show up on your card. I always used paypal and have cash in it to buy things so I rarely use a credit card since I just use the money from a sale to buy something else if I want to instead of putting money in my bank acct. Once the seller refunds it should show immediately in paypal I would think, at least thats how it works if there is cash you paid with in acct. Not sure about card situation if it will show immediately in paypal. I never had a problem with a buyer saying they didn't get refund from me right away thru paypal, but I never asked if they used a card , just know they used paypal.

It can take a few days (3-5) to get a refund once it has initiated. Have they initiated a refund yet?

The last time I had a return sent back to me, the buyer had 5 days to get the package to the carrier.  Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to me, I had 2 days to refund.

What date did you receive the item?

What date was the return received by the seller?

Did you open a return request through eBay or PayPal or did you send the item back without opening a return request?

If the refund is going back to your debit/credit card, it could take a few weeks or longer for the refund to show up.
