Your question needs to be more specific.  I do see gsp on some of your listings.  If you want all of them with the gsp, you might want to double check to see if they are set up correctly.   Is a buyer  having problems buying a particular item? If so, which country and which item?

Many countries have closed airports and limited interactions with the outside world to prevent the spread of Covid.  It's a country by country basis.  Some are open and functioning others are still in lockdown.   The GSP is available but not shipping everywhere.
