Hello dear,
So far I have properly shipped the items that my valued customers bought from me, but when I checked them later, I found that the tracking number of some items was not working properly. When I asked the customers if they received the goods properly, they told me that they received them legally. Please I want to know if can this cause damage to my eBay Account ?

I don't quite understand the rest of your question after that. How are you shipping your items? USPS? FedEx? UPS? All those services seem to track pretty well...

If your tracking doesn't show the items were delivered, the buyers can file an INR and get a refund.

Does the service you are using have tracking for international packages? Even if it does, I don't know if ebay integrates tracking with Sri Lankan Post. If ebay doesn't show tracking for your postal service, you will have to look at the carrier's website to see if the item was delivered. It's not a good idea to ask your buyer if they have received it. They will let you know if they haven't.
