I am trying to sell some golf clubs which I have listed for $150 plus $24.18 shipping. I have submitted an offer for $125 and $24.18 shipping. The buyer is offerring me $103 plus 47.33 shipping because he sent me a screen shot that had the shipping cost set at $47.33. He is afraid that if he sends me $125 he will end up paying $47.33 in addition to the $125. I don't know where the $47.33 shipping came from as my listing clearly $24.12' How can I reconcile this dilemma?

Which listing @jimm9028?
One of your club listings has a flat ship cost of $14.00 FedEx (which seems low).
Your putter listing has a flat ship cost of $11.00 "standard" shipping with no service specified.
Two of your club listings use calculated USPS Priority so the rate will be different depending on the buyer's location.
I expect this is about listing 125278768601 which is charging for an 8 lb Priority package with a $15.00 nonstandard surcharge for packages over 30" in length. The rate the buyer sees will range from $24.18 - $47.21 depending on whether the buyer is in zone 1-8.
About the surcharge:
As announced October 2021, this was part of the January 2022 price changes but given a delayed application date of April 3, 2022.
There is a new “nonstandard fee” for packages that must be sorted manually by the USPS when the dimensions of the package exceed sortation requirements.
Packages with length over 22 inches will incur a $4.00 surcharge
Packages with length over 30 inches will incur a $15.00 surcharge
Packages over 2 cubic feet will incur a $15.00 surcharge.
There is a $1.50 "noncompliance fee" for packages that are greater than one cubic foot or have a box length greater than 22 inches if the customer did not provide dimensions or provided inaccurate dimensions inside the online postage provider.
Yes, USPS will stack these surcharges where applicable. (Ex: over 22" and over 2 cubic feet and seller put wrong dimensions in the online label form - surcharge would be $4.00 + $15.00 + $1.50 for a total of $20.50)
Yes, these surcharges apply to the Priority branded triangular tube boxes.
No, the surcharge does not apply to the recently discontinued Large Flat Rate Board Game Box if you have any left in stock.
No, the surcharge does not apply to Media Mail.
