Do NOT use EBAY Global shipment program and AVOID this company in general!

Ebay Global shipping program is a scam and another way to make a bit more money (by scaming and lieng to thay custumers that it's only for costums) and just another cut to they pocket

I payed "Import charges" USD 112.63 but EBAY used only 53.72$ from 112.63$. On my request where rest of my money and why i do not get the not used money as refund i got a general replay that it payed to a lot of places but there NO DOCUMENTATION ON IT and only documented spendings is "Proof of Import Report" that took my 3 weeks of email to get!

So basicly thay took money that left after paying costums that ONLY for costums clearance to themself as another cut of the deal (Hidden charges?!)!

EBAY last replay was "that what we have and we will no longer replay to you" (I add thay last replay in the end of this post).

I completely understand your desire to see exactly how much is paid and exactly where to. However, we have provided you with all of the information that we have available.

The import fees include more than just the customs or tax paid to your country. They also include all of the services provided by Pitney Bowes including the processing, handling, paperwork, etc. We don't have a break down of exactly what percentage goes to each area but these fees are displayed on the final checkout page of your order. By completing the payment, you agree to pay these charges in full.

I am sorry that I don't have any more information to provide to you. Because we have provided all information we have available we will not be responding to any further questions on this topic for this order.. Before you buy from any seller outside of Israel who ships to your country, click on the Payment and Shipping tab to see what service the seller uses to ship.

If you see the Global Shipping Program (GSP) is to be used, hit the back button. Not only do they charge a high shipping cost, but they may charge unnecessary customs fees. They also reserve the right to repackage items if they feel the seller used too large of a package. They do not ask permission of the seller and their packing may not be as careful as the seller's.

As for fees, if you were to use a freight forwarder in the U.S., for example, to be able to buy from sellers who will not ship outside the U.S. If they process customs fees for you, most charge a fee for doing that, as well as package processing fee. Since Pitney Bowes is the adminstrator of the GSP. They are the ones who decide how much they charge for the service. eBay has no say in that matter.

I remember i had buyed somthing before last purchese and i EBAY returned me money that was not used but now i see they use this new company and it will be they downfall, Emipires falled on less than this and here the y loss costumers and sellers.

I am also a bit concerned about the custom duties charged upfront, in South Africa sometimes we have our parcels subjected to another lengthy process of scrutiny and at times the customs authorities are not convinced that the purchase is legit and you may lose your item, and be forced to request a refund. Especially if your Parcel is delivered by Aramex.
