I have a buyer overseas who purchase 4 items through GSP but when I try to click on the combine orders per buyer tab nothing happens. Same thing with Combine tab. Does GSP not offer combined shipping?
If the items were paid for together the gsp automatically combines the international part of the shipping cost and everything can be shipped in one package. If they are paid for separately they have to be shipped separately.
Yes, they were paid for separately. I did reach out to the buyer and explained the situation and the buyer was ok with the separate shipping. Thank you for the reply!
