Hi,
I'm currently dealing with my first international order through eBay's Global Shipping Program. The buyer (from Singapore) has purchased five items from my shop and would now like to send him a combined invoice for all the items to save on international shipping costs.
I, however, am unable to do so because when I click "Send invoice" on the items I receive a message that says that the Global Shipping Program already provides the buyer with an invoice for all applicable item, shipping, and import charges.
I told this to the buyer and they said they can only see the individual shipping costs through his phone. They also said other US sellers were able to send him a combined invoice in the past. I assume that was through other international shipping methods outside the GSP. The buyer continues to insist on a combined invoice.
Help is appreciated. Thank you.

You cannot combine shipping for the buyer on GSP sales. He is mistaken that other sellers using the GSP have done this. You cannot send an invoice as you know. If any combined shipping discounts are available, he would see them by using the cart. Any discounts will be shown in the cart and you can ship everything in 1 box if he checks out using the cart and pays in a single transaction. I would suggest he try using the cart. It's up to you if you want to file an unpaid item dispute or ask him if he wants to cancel. I would be inclined to go the UID route because it's not likely he will pay 5 shipping & import fees and he would be blocked from leaving feedback.
