Glitch - Can't use same tracking number marked as shipped

Hi,

I sell a lot of 1st class small stuff. Usually the buyer will just select multiple items under one order. Sometimes boomers or older (gen xer here) will buy multiple items all separate orders. In the past, this has been no problem I just copy tracking number and it to the others and mark as shipped. Today a buyer bought 4 different items all different orders. I tried copying the tracking number and applying it to the other items like I usually do. This time it's says tracking number can't be used for a different buyer. But it's the same buyer same address. Anyone else experiencing this glitch today?

I see what issue was. two were to his po box the other went to his street address in same town.
