GUAM - Is signature confirmation not allowed?

I just tried mailing an item to Guam, US Territory confirmed.  No matter what I tried adding Signature Confirmation would not allow the label to be purchased on any USPS services, including Priority Express. First time for mailing to Guam so just asking.  Thanks!

signature shipping with USPS is not scheduled  to be fixed for the app till next year
