Sold an item , buyer in USA but he says "when I try to pay it tells me that you do not send to my address I live in Miami".
My listing has registered for global shipping but not working. Any advice what to do please? Don't want to ship any other way really. GSP safe and hassle free.
It worked fine a few weeks ago when had sale to Australia!

Had the same issue today and customer service had no clue. I sent an invoice (never usually able to) but to make the sale I was going to ship it myself. The buyer never got the invoice. It's all screwed up! GSP has a huge issue!

You may get better answers back on your home site ebay.co.uk
What item is your buyer trying to pay for? Not all your items ship internationally.
This statement, “I sent an invoice (never usually able to) but to make the sale I was going to ship it myself. The buyer never got the invoice.”, makes no sense.
Maybe I’m up too late.

The Global Shipping Program is available only to US and UK based sellers.
It would be best to post on the Board for the appropriate site.
BTW- normally since you already have your shipping set out to the GSP centre, and the GSP adds import fees (to cover the costs of duty and VAT) plus a small service charge, your customer should get all that information when she purchases and before she pays.
Is it possible that your buyer is leaving some information out?
EG- the "Miami" address is actually another freight forwarder and the buyer is registered in yet another country? One you do not ship to? Seems unlikely but....

My buyer accepted an offer I sent out. She is located in the UK. All my items are set for the GSP. I asked her if she got the invoice from the GSP and she said she only got a message that the item could not be shipped to her location when she went to try and pay. I called customer service and she also did. I noticed on the "awaiting payments" tab that I could actually send her an invoice myself. Usually when I click this option for an international buyer, it gives me a message that the GSP has sent the invoice. This time, I was able to send an invoice myself, selecting the shipping service and setting a price. She did not get it.
Opps....looks like she just did and paid! Yay!

If this is for the Free People 'Dancing' sweater, that listing shows shipping to the US only which is why the buyer couldn't pay. It seems that every once in a while listings get left out of the GSP so when you run into a situation like this, it's best to go to the listing itself, click on the shipping/payments tab and change your location to the buyers and click on see rates so that you can see what the buyer is seeing. It doesn't solve the problem but at least then you know what the problem is.

Is this for the cupboard paint that sold yesterday? That just shows shipping to the UK and that I would guess that the GSP doesn't ship any type of paint or varnish. I'm actually surprised that it is listed at all considering the words Ivory Tusk are in the title...that sort of thing usually gets flagged because the bots assume you are selling something illegal.

You only ship to the GSP center in the UK. The buyer pays eBay separately for the international shipping.
Maybe if you read about how it works, you wouldn’t have such a bad opinion of it.
