GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM - ITEM STUCK AT ERLANGER, KY

Hello, I purchased an item shipping from USA to Thailand and I'm wondering if I'll ever get it. Last delivery date was Dec 20 and it's now January 12 - 3 weeks past due. It supposedly shipped from Erlanger KY Dec 2 but I'm not seeing any tracking updates since then, shouldn't it provide additional tracking # saying Thailand Post or whoever they're supposed to hand it off to when it arrives here? Basically wondering if delays like this are "normal" and if I should expect my package sometime or not and if my package has even left Erlanger or just sitting there in a container or lost somewhere.

Also, something interesting I noticed on the Pitney Bowes tracking website was that it showed "Delay at the Global Shipping Center - DANGEROUS_GOODS_REVIEW" before it was then Customs Labeled and supposedly shipped out. At the time I didn't think much of it, but now I'm not so sure anymore.

The "dangerous goods review" is not something I'd worry about because it's clear Pitney Bowes reviewed the package and cleared it, then processed the international leg of shipping.

You can file an item not received claim for the package and eBay's GSP program will be responsible for refunding you @drew0731. You only have 30 days from the estimated delivery date so don't let time run out.

You better file an item not received case now.  Your getting close to the deadline to file.  Let them sort it out. You don't want to lose your protection.

Thanks for the replies, filed an INR but would just like the item soon more than anything. Just wondering if long delays like this are to be expected? Perhaps it's my region Southeast Asia? I tried calling Pitney Bowes but the cs rep wasn't helpful and told me to just call Ebay. So now I'm in the dark wondering if I should expect the item or try to hunt for a duplicate somewhere else and has my package actually been shipped or it's just sitting there or lost? This is my first time ordering through GSP, didn't even know what it was until doing some research because of my delayed package and they really don't seem to provide the most streamlined service to say the least.

That package could be delayed however, you can't take that chance.  If they can confirm it's  still on it's way, they will put  the INR case on hold to allow some extra time for delivery. So, you may still receive it.
