Funds on hold for 12 days after tracking number stoped working

I sold an item on the 25th of September and shipped it the same day, but the tracking stoped working at some point. What should I do? The buyer hasn't contacted me in this 12 day period so I assume he got the item. But because it was sold before I got the yellow star rank the funds were supposed to be held by eBay until the item arrived to the buyer. So now the funds are stick in limbo.

Don't do anything. Just wait out the 30 days and as long as the buyer doesn't file a claim, eBay should release your funds.
