we are selling vedio game accessories, but a few buyers are not game player, just buying for other, this kind of buyers may be not familiar with game model, they might order by mistake to get wrong accessories if they do not read item description carefully or do not realize the difference between different game model. and then, after receive item, they compain ''item does not match description'' or ''defective item'' and request return.
But return is costly, shipping back costs money, although seller did nothing wrong, most buyers will understand it is not seller's responsibility for the return cost, but also still a few buyers are not reasonable or very hard to comminicate with, agguement and bad feedback then....
Very frustrated with this kind of return request, how do you guys deal with it? any advise? thank you very much!

I accept the return and refund them when I get the item back.
If I have to pay return shipping, I file it on my taxes.

If you accept returns you are required to accept it. However, "ordered by mistake" would be a remorse return and the buyer would be required to return it on his dime. Of course, if you have a no return policy you do not have to accept a remorse return.
