Free Shipping

Hello,

I haven't sold in a while, but I'm trying to list an item with free shipping and I can't seem to make that happen. I checked the circle for free shipping, but then when I look at the preview, it has Calculate shipping.

Please help!

Select Flat Rate Shipping in the first menu of the shipping section.

I just tried what you pointed out.

I previewed a draft after checking off Free Shipping

and the "preview" showed a calculated shipping charge.....

I suspect when you list it, it will be Free Shipping

edit: when I went live Free Shipping WAS enabled.......

(replacing the calculated shipping I saw in the preview)
