I just listed an item for sale. I selected the Free Shipping Option. I had someone make an offer on the item from Italy.
I'm fairly certain I had global shipping program enabled.
Am I just going to be responsble for the shipping costs to the GSP location, or am I on the hook for the full amount??
I'm willing to accept the offer....as long as I'm only paying to ship to Kentucky (I think that's where I shipped the last GSP package I did)

If you have GSP enabled, it should tell you within the listing if you change the location to Italy. So it should be free to Kentucky, but the buyer will have to pay the balance/difference.

Ahhh. I see. When looking at it, if it's a US destination, it says Free. If I switch to Italy, it wants to charge $22. So then, I'll just be covering to the GSP center. OK, thanks for the help!
