For a listing, is it possible to use different shipping methods for different countries?

Ebay require sellers from China to use SpeedPAK to ship the orders. What are we going to do for those countries the SpeedPAK services are not available, like Mexico? Can we add different shipping method in the listing for those countries or just exclude those countries? If using different shipping method is allowed for those countries, how to set it up in shipping profile?

I suggest connecting with other sellers in China on a local forum to discuss further. Most sellers on this forum are located in and ship from the US, and therefore unfamiliar with specifics on shipping from China.
