For a change, something good about USPS

Two days and no pick up   from USPS with Scheduled Pick Up.

I inquired via email about the issue. Immediate automatic acknowledgement  but then, within 24 hours, a personal email promising an investigation .

Within 3 days, I got 2 more emails apprising me of what was being done, a visit from my usual carrier who had been out those 2 days and a sub was on.

Later that day, I got a phone call explaining and multiple apologies and assurance that followup  was ongoing to see just what (or who) the failure resulted from.

I was flabbergasted, to tell you the truth, over what I hadn't considered an earthshaking problem.

Thumbs up for the USPS!

For a change, something good about USPS

I can now add that both packages, sent 1st Class, also got to their destinations in 2 days!!
