Am wondering if it will be affect my top rated seller status if I hold off shipping Florida orders. Surprised to even have any but I do. Or should I just go ahead and ship.

I would ship. See eBay Announcements , They say they will protect seller accounts with dealings in Florida. Good Luck to you.
