Fed Ex SmartPost Problem? Good Luck!

Are you using Fed-Ex SmartPost, (Fed Ex via USPS) shipping method? Have a problem with a shipment? GOOD LUCK! Your on your own, no one wants it! Fed-Ex will not help you because USPS was involved. USPS is not interest in helping! You are in No-Mans Land!  Lost shipments, forget about it! It will take you to long working on the problem, its not worth the time! Broken or damaged shipment? I have a claim from August. I refunded the purchase price, filed a shippping claim, and nothing! Still waiting for that one! Of course, No one knows anything about it! And once again, back to my earlier statement, NO one will help you..  Back to No-Mans Land!  My message: If you shipping a lot, don't use Fed-Ex SmartPost!

Customer just told me that his FedEx SmartPost shipment took 10 days to arrive.

The August broken shipping refund requested never came. I tried to look up the tracking number to get the status of the request, but was unable to. I then decided to go to the FedEx website and found a different request form to use, so I filled out a new refund request form. This form was different then the first form, I think the first form I filled out came from eBay? It was so long ago I can not remember any of the details. Very sad...
