FED UP WITH FEDEX! Shippers, Please STOP using FEDEX ground.

I've had 2 items literally sitting somewhere in Texas WELL past the great cold snap that hit us. There's literally NO excuse at this point. EVERY other item seemed to make it here. But those items were NOT sent via FEDEX. 

These items are sitting mere hours from me and yet the incompetent company cannot seem to get their **bleep** together and DELIVER them. Contact customer service? Oh...uh. sthormz....ME: Yeah, a week ago. No snow, now ice no problem except YOU. God I hope this company goes out of business. Boycott them at every turn and perhaps they WILL.

The post office is not good either. The only service that has come through for me is UPS

To be 100% honest, I’ve completely quit the post office unless absolutely necessary. I’d rather charge more  for shipping if it means I half to give less refunds for late delivery. i’ve actually had pretty good success with deliveries via Fedex or UPS.
