When needing a just a little taller box ( mostly known as Frankenbox) you cut the edge off another same size to make an extender for length.
I discovered if you take the first boxes side tabs in a U shape > fold down around the item. Tip: do this before placing extender box over first box. Then snug the small box over top> tape around the seam and all round the small sides, your box will not come apart.
This saves you time because you can get 2 extender boxes out of 1 box, next box your are ready to use, and depending on item ( mine is a cookie tray) It saves $$$$ because I used no other shipping supplies. Happy Holidays all aswe
