We have had a couple difficulties with items not being delivered due to reasons that we believe could have been avoided. It would seem that some postal services don't leave notifications of delivery for buyers when they are not home to receive the item and there are some (no idea how many) buyers who don't check tracking on the item. We are sending messages along with every sale to direct the buyer to our local Post Service's Website along with encouragement to regularly check for updates. We realize that people are busy and often may not have time (or remember) to check. Does anyone use a service that provides updated tracking information that we can use to show where all of our shipments are at any given time? Sort of a one stop real time tracking database. We know they are out there, but would like to know which ones provide the most accurate and consistent service 🙂 Thanks so much 🙂 Daotai
