It was brought to my attention by a customer who did not get a present as soon as they thought. I have a few items that I ship Media Mail, the shipping details confirm that. eBay put on those items that if they buy the item within a certain time that they will guarantee the delivery in 4 days, but Media Mail is 2-8 DAYS. eBay has failed to let those customers know that the guarantee would only work if they PURCHASED the PRIORITY SHIPPING and not the free service! I called eBay and they had no clue what I was talking about. So I'm having a lot of people writing me because of eBay's screw up and wanting returns that I have to pay for because eBay did not tell them to buy priority and it would be guaranteed. So they screwed me, I'll guarantee I will get negative feedback because of this also, when I'm not the one who screwed up. Anyone else having problems with this? I've been a long time seller and this is the first year it's happened, which means they changed something. If others are having this issue, we should all contact eBay customer service to complain and see if they do something to fix this because it is an error in their system.

I don’t see where it shows a priority mail option? If the only thing you offered was media mail then eBay was offering that guarantee with the media mail
if you have a return policy the buyers could have returned for any reason anyhow. eBay will pay the return shipping costs for this or the buyer can choose a $5 voucher instead
