Ebay didnt send access code, tracking order and view details link doesnt work either

I bought as a guest user , and now i cant track or view order details because i dont have the access code and the links in the mail dont work

You need to make sure you are logged out of your eBay account when you try to track the package. Check your junk folders for the email with the access code.

I already tried that , i only made this account after i couldnt find a single thread to help me after googling my problem , and i checked my trash/spam folders
