Ebay Shipping Labels not working

Is anyone else having issues printing shipping labels?  I click on the button to purchase the label and nothing happens..  I have tried on two different computers.

Provide more details.

Are you able to select the shipping service you want or is it grayed out?

Is there an error message?

Which carrier - USPS, UPS or FedEx?

Single labels or bulk?

I am happy to run a test but would like to duplicate your parameters.

Bulk or single wasn't working. USPS  I would click on the blue "purchase shipping label" button and nothing would happen.  Bulk would say something like "can't generate labels at this time, try again later, you haven't been charged"..

I did try bulk again and it did work.  I have no more orders to ship right now so I can't see if it was fixed or just a fluke that it worked..

I’m having the same issue the label is issued but won’t print, it’s been no issue until now 🤔

If you successfully purchased the label @michymoo1971 , use the reprint option and download a PDF copy. Then print from the PDF.

To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.

Thank you for the reply, I’ve tried this and the only way it will print is if I save it and switch to the HP smart app. 
I’ve always printed from my iPhone to my HP Wi-Fi printer, but the past few days after several attempts it just generates but fails to print.

Any suggestions @rfmtm ? You're our resident printer expert, but I don't know if that extends to printing from the app.

Afraid I don't use the mobile app, but the app often has odd bugs.  Suggest @michymoo1971  post this on the mobile app board here:

Hey @michymoo1971 - is your problem exclusive to the eBay app? Can you try printing from another app and see if it works or if it forces you to download and use the HP app?

Just trying to pinpoint if the issue is with eBay or your phone in general.

Hey, thanks for replying, yes it’s printing fine from my phone from other websites, and if I save the labels to the HP smart app on my iPhone, just won’t respond on the eBay app, where it says print I press it and nothing happens, it’s strange as it’s only happened in the last couple of days. It’s just one of those annoying things. I’ve tried removing the printer, reinstalling the eBay app but it still won’t print anything from the eBay app.

For now @michymoo1971 :

1. Keep downloading and printing from HP since that method is working.

2. Physically shake your phone while the app is open. That will open up a screen to file a tech report which goes to eBay's product developers.

3. Look for the next version of the app - sometimes it's updated as frequently as every week or two. Hopefully the next version of the app will be without this issue.
