Did you mean:

Ebay PLEASE FIX - no Canada shipping? I never excluded Canada.

I think something happened in the programming department. This is what it says on my listing page:

Ships to:
United States
Excludes:
Barbados, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Libya, Martinique, New Caledonia, Reunion, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Venezuela
Change country:-Select-United States

Someone from Canada wants to buy but does not see shipping available. I never excluded Canada. Ebay, PLEASE FIX.

Hello @jgrit

With big recent changes to International shipping, many of us have been working to try and understand how to configure and troubleshoot setups. It will take a bit of info from your setup to be able to help.

Are you opted into 'eBay International Shipping' ?

This is found by going to: Acct > Shipping Preferences or this link Shipping Preferences (ebay.com)

At the top is an item marked 'New' with status of your participation.

I may not get this next statement perfectly correct but I think that if you ARE enrolled, and Canada is NOT excluded AND the item is permitted to be exported, the customer should see shipping charges automatically calculated.

If you are NOT enrolled, or have ANY international shipping options configured for the listing (even for a different country), then the new EIS features for this listing may be disabled, and you would need to setup a shipping option for Canada so the user will see shipping charges and be able to complete the purchase.

It may be possible to do this during the 'Send Invoice' process but I am not the best to suggest steps for this. Others, please correct me if I havent (yet) figured out debugging EIS vs GSP. It can get complicated.

Let us know and we will try and help.
