I was charged twice for shipping on one item. How/who do I reach out to for resolving this error. The billing statement shows same charge for same invoice, two times. Where does one start to find solution?

I suppose you are the seller?? If you've accidently printed two labels to ship your Weber Kettle Grill instructions, you may be stuck after this long... you only get 5 days (I think) for a do-over.
Can you go to Seller Hub/Orders/Shipping labels and void the unused label using the drop-down menu?
