My international package was picked up by SF Express in Chicago on March 25th and from there, I can get no further information. When the article was transferred to SF Express, one would think that they must have assigned the package an in-house tracking number. Does anyone know the protocol used and how I can obtain their number to see the status of my shipment? S F Express is not at all helpful and cannot find any information through my ESUSxxx number.

It could be a refusal to pay customs fees. I would contact the carrier to get more info so you're prepared in case the buyer files some kind of claim.

That page shows you the next part of the shipment has an SF tracking number. When you track the SF number here: https://www.sf-express.com/us/en/dynamic_function/waybill/
It says on 3/31 the customer cancelled the shipment.

What do you suppose is meant by "Customer cancelled shipment"?
I certainly did not cancel it and have no record of the Buyer doing so either.

Only ebay customer service dept does not know about this!
I have a lot of tracking problem with ESUS ebay international delivery service and most
of them I had to refund because ebay does not show the shipping process even on ebay site.
