This was an eBay International Standard Delivery package and when you track it at the linked website you'll see that once the package leaves the US it's being transferred to DHL Austria Post and the DHL tracking number can be found on the right side of that page.

It looks like it was last scanned at the consolidation point in California, so the next scan should either be when that container leaves the US or when it arrives overseas.
