I am considering using eBay International Shipping. I am unclear, though, on the calculation of FVF: Is it calculated based on the cost of shipping only to the domestic hub or is the calculation based on the entire (domestic and international) shipping cost paid by the buyer? Most of my items are $10 or less, so this would have an impact on how much I would net from a sale.
Also, since I have been less than diligent in assigning the correct size and weight for many of my items where I charge a flat domestic shipping cost, do I need to correct each one before I enroll in EIS?
Many thanks.

Your fvf will be based on the domestic cost of shipping. In EIS you won't be charged the 1.65% international fee either.
Just my opinion but I might add the weight and dimensions of heavier and or bigger items of current listings and not worry about the rest for now. But I would start adding in that information in new listings.

Thank you for the response and suggestions.
Though now I am reading about all of the potential additional information to be provided for the upcoming EU General Product Safety Regulation. I think I will hold off enrolling in EIS until there is more clarity on what we will need to do in order to conform.
