As a seller, I have a case of a buyer not paying attention to what they are buying and oviously not looking at the listing photos. They then open a return case because the item was not what they expected. Of course they want me to pay for return shipping and eat that cost because they were too lazy to pay attention to what they were buying in the first place. And naturally greedy eBay decides for the buyer and extracts the shipping costs from my account. Any other seller having this problem?

You'd have to give us a few more details first. Which item? What is the buyer claiming is wrong?

Perhaps ebay should begin to require new buyers to complete a test to insure that they understand and agree to ebay buying policies, return policies, payment etc.
