Your boy at ThePokemonStop figured out that eBay uses a third party company called https://www.trackmyshipment.co/ so for all the annoying cases of lost mail, where they delete the tracking on the ebay side, intentionally or not, the history will be on this website. I'm thinking they use this company to get things to USPS main shipping hubs , so they save them a trip or something. I don't know, but I know one of my items on this site showed that a "lost" item made it to my city's USPS dist. center, and didn't move from there. Maybe someone working at USPS knows the system and is like "Ebay will refund these people, I'm about to come up on a buncha $6.50 trading cards and buy a house. Come by my store for the hookup!
