August 22nd 2022 printed a duplicate shipping label. At that moment, I requested to void unneeded label. Under my ebay, Track and manage shipments, label is still showing VOID REQUESTED, but no actual refund. I called USPS and they said this is an ebay issue. Please help direct me to what I should do next.

A refund could take up to 3 weeks if you shipped parcel . Did you go into your bank and see if the refund arrived without you getting a notification. Also are you sure that you printed 2 different labels for the same item instead of 2 duplicate labels. Inorder for you to get a refund, you needed 2 tracking #s for that one item. If you do NOT see 2 tracking numbers on the item's sold page (under details /tracking), that means that you printed the same label twice and therefore , you are NOT entitled to a refund because one label was actually used.

Go to your seller page, find the transaction and click and look for 2 different tracking numbers. If you only see one, then you do not get a refund.

It takes about 15 days till you see the refund. Nothing new about that, USPS wants to make sure the label does not get used. Did you reprint the same label or generate a new label? If you did not generate a new label with new tracking number, there would be nothing to refund. You can reprint a label many times, but can only use it once.

Thank you so much for responding to my inquiry re: Ebay shipping label refund. I printed two different labels. Tracking ends in 088 and the other in 045. I checked my banking institution and I have not received a refund. These labels were created 8-22-22.

Don't look at your bank. Try looking in MY EBAY where it shows the money coming in. It's possible that the refund came there and ebay immediately used the funds to pay for one of your sold items or a shipping label.

There should be a better/easier way to track when this happens... especially for such a big company as Ebay.... (and USPS).
