Hello,
I have read through the forum and haven't seen any solid answers. I am using a drop shipping service from Sweden that ensures items to be delivered worldwide in 5-7 days.
The question is: Do I place their address as the shipper and return address? If this is the case–and I still sell items from the U.S, will I be able to toggle in between the addresses?

What is your arrangement with the drop shipper concerning returns, do they handle them or do you?
At the very least the Item Location on the listing needs to reflect where the item is actually shipped from, but the return address can be different. However, if buyer is paying for a return they are only responsible for the shipping cost to the shipped from address.

Thank you. My last question is there a way to toggle between my address for the items I have in the US to the drop shippers location from my Shopify account? I talked to eBay 2 times yesterday and Shopify 1 time, and the drop shipper!

On ebay the Item Location (where the item is shipped from) is part of the listing, so that can not toggle. So each listing would have to have the proper information when posted.
You can change addresses when you create the shipping label, but you still must ship from the location stated on the listing or risk negative feedback and disputes.
What you can do from Shopify, you'd have to ask on one of their chat boards.
