Do ebay Label UPS QR codes not work at UPS terminals? Only at The UPS Store locations?

I am re-posting this inquiry, as I received no replies to my similar posting of 12/27/2023. I won't repeat all of the content of that message, with Subject: " ebay Labels QR codes for UPS only work at The UPS Store? Not at UPS terminal? " , but you can easily find that more exhastive cover of this subject with Copy and Paste into this same Shipping column of messages. 

My main question is whether your experience corroborates what I was told by the one UPS employee I regularly see in our local UPS terminal: that ebay-provided "ebay Labels" QR codes can't be read and used at a UPS  terminal's Customer Service counter to generate printed shipping labels, but, rather, the QR codes for UPS may only be read to create the label at The UPS Store locations?

I never had any issue's  with Ebay Labels  ,Since  it is Ebays UPS account   used on the site  .

Dear carlmarxx:  I, too, have no problem making use of "ebay Labels" program, except when I opt to use the QR code provided by ebay to my iPhone, rather than a printed label, and try to get the UPS terminal's Customer Service Counter personnel to read the QR code to print the label to apply to the package. That's the specific problem this Message inquiry addresss. I'm not sure from wording of your reply that you understood the specific  issue I'm addressing.

Could be like some PO's, they are not set up for the QR codes yet?

No, kensgiftshop, the Asheville, NC "UPS Customer Center" truck terminal customer counter service employee said they are set up to read QR codes at that location, but specifically said that some QR codes would only work at their franchise (The) UPS Store locations. I don't know if possibly some other businesses provide QR codes that also can only be read and printed at one of The UPS Store businesses. I have not called any of the other UPS Customer Center terminal locations, the closest of which is an hour  north in Johnson City, TN, next closest 75 miles south in Greenville, SC, others east and west two hours away, to find out if they have same experience and provide same redirection to The UPS Store. I'm hoping someone like me has tried using the QR codes at both type UPS locations and can report same or different experience; or that someone selling on ebay is also working for UPS and knows where ebay-provide UPS QR codes are supposed to work: or someone working in ebay Shipping area has clarifying info on this matter.
