Buyer paid for an auction and then sent a note asking if I would wait to ship until the following week as she is bidding on more of my auctions and wants to ship together and save on shipping. I agreed, but now when I look at my Dashboard it says I'm late in shipping out the auction. Is that just an FYI to me to ship, or is it going to affect my statistics in 100% shipping within my stated window? Should I refund her money and then have her pay again if she wins more auctions? I don't want to cancel the auction. Thanks!

you will get dinged. If you are at 100% it really will not hurt you. You can contact e bay and ask them to remove the defect IF you have messages from the buyer in your e bay messages. THey may or may not help.

@sueinwloo205 I had this happen to me once many years ago, when eBay still had both phones and customer service locally. I asked them to review the messages from the buyer where they asked me to hold off on shipping. Once they verified that they removed the ding for late shipment. However this was years ago so I highly doubt that you will be able to be successful again.
You should also explain all this to your buyer. No point in refunding as you've already received the ding for late shipment, so damage is done now. You can always just try with eBay and maybe they'll side with you. Best of luck to you....
