So, I get that the shipping prices have gone up but the eBay discounted prices are not showing in my listings anymore. Has that been discontinued? Do we as sellers not get a discount anymore?

Check your setting in preferences, here:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf/carrier
Sellers are still getting commercial (discount) rates...what they buyer pays is determined by your settings/handling charges, etc....

I am noticing this today as well. My setting is to offer the discount to buyers. Items that I posted before yesterday, 10/17/24, were showing as correct discounted rates. Yesterday and today, they are not showing the discount.

Your newest listings are showing a shipping cost to me, in western Massachusetts, of $4.87 and $4.21. Those are the online (Commercial) postage rates for shipping 12 ounces and 8 ounces, respectively, to Zone 1. The non-discounted retail prices would be $6.50 and $5.70.

Did your listings ever get right? I was able to list as usual with the discounts yesterday. Today? Back to no discounts. It blows me away that we can't get an answer to this! Can't get a real person either!

All my settings are as they were. I just don't get it.

Some of your "Sold" items are listed under "Toys & Hobbies," which is not one of the permitted categories for shipping via the eBay Standard Envelope.
You should have used "Collectibles & Art>Sports Memorabilia, Cards & Fan shop>Sports Trading Cards."

I think postal rates have spiked way too much for both commercial and retail no matter the case or error. Shipping a 12oz package for $5.00 and higher is out of wack with reality. Plus some group of "within" inside the USPS jacks the price from 15.9999oz to 1 lb as a trick; i.e., someone has a 15.8oz item, click 1 lb for safe reasons, and gets fleeced without knowing-----and doesn't get an auto-check refund too. Not right.
