Did you mean:

Did not accept internatial until Enrolled in EIS since it started, just got a order going to Poland.

Hello,

I quit all international shipping along time ago(way to long ago to remember).  It was not until eBay came along with EIS that I enrolled and started shipping internationally again (only EIS through the US Hubs) if I recall, they had a checklist of what I had to do and could not do before accepting the invite (ONLY through EIS).

Anyway, the enrollment was successful, and, I have shipped several packages EIS.

It has been what seems like a couple years+ like this.

Today, not only did I receive 2 orders from 1 customer with a address going directly to Poland requesting a invoice(No payment made), but, each item also exceed the EIS dimensions allowed. (they do NOT exceed the dimensions allowed of 106" to ship to Poland, just the 84" through EIS).  "I mean EACH item on its own exceeds this, not combined, if combined they exceed even being shipped"

Is this an error or did something change to the EIS program that needs updated on my end ?

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

Yes, thanks for the link, but, I have read that several times, and, can not find the answer I am looking for.

AND, even according to that these items that sold do NOT meet the eligibility as they both EACH exceed 84"

I am trying to figure out how a buyer from Poland can purchase 2 of my items that do not qualify for EIS and request a invoice shipping directly to their Poland address.

When I click on send invoice, their is no EIS USA address, the only option is a direct shipment to Poland.
